Is it all about luck?

I used to think that luck was something that just happened to you.  Now, I know that luck is something you create yourself.  It doesn’t just happen.  I have heard people say something along the lines of “if it weren’t for bad luck, I’d have no luck at all.”  I have actually said that once, but I know it not to be true.  Realistically, I remember once wanting to win this stupid Pac-Man watch at my dad’s company picnic when I was probably 10 or something.  I won it.  I have won lots of other things too, maybe not always when I wanted it most (like the Powerball), but I have.  But more than that, I truly believe you make your own luck based on your choices.  Here’s to more good fortune!
